On al Jazeera’s (AJE) “The Riz Khan Show”, leading journalist on Guantánamo Bay Andy Worthington and former Reagan and Bush I Administration U.S. Attorney David Rivkin discuss the U.S. detention center at Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan. At The Huffington Post (HuffPo), leading journalist on Guantánamo Bay and the Bush Administration torture regime Andy Worthington analyzes the full story of Fouad al-Rabiah, a Kuwaiti detainee ordered to be released by a Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly last week. Mr. al-Rabiah was believed to be a member of al-Qa’ida or Taliban supporter, based on what he revealed to interrogators: his meetings with Osama bin Laden. His ‘revelations’ was false.
